By accessing or using any services provided by Protrude Visualization ("the Company"), including architectural visualization services under the IA-VIZ and I-VIZ subscriptions and single projects, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service Description

Protrude Visualization offers a range of architectural visualization services, including 3D rendering, 3D animation, virtual reality experiences, and interactive walkthroughs. These services are available to individuals, businesses, and organizations under the IA-VIZ and I-VIZ subscription plans or for single projects.

3. Payment and Billing

Clients are responsible for payment of services rendered by Protrude Visualization. Payment terms and amounts will be specified in the project proposal, contract, or subscription agreement.
The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing and payment terms with prior notice to clients.

4. IA-VIZ Subscription

For clients subscribing to the IA-VIZ package, the following additional terms and conditions apply:

Subscription Duration: Choose monthly or quarterly billing. The subscription auto-renews unless canceled.
Unlimited Architectural and Interior Visualizations: Submit unlimited architectural and interior render image and review requests via the online portal.
Fast-Track Renders: We prioritize your projects for quicker delivery.
Complimentary 1-Minute Walkthroughs: Receive one 1-minute walkthrough video monthly. Additional videos available for a fee.
Quality Assurance: Provide project details and feedback for top-quality results.
Project Management Portal: Access a dedicated online portal for project management.
Secure File Transfer: Transfer project files securely online.
6-Month Online Storage: Free storage for project files for up to 6 months post-completion.
Intellectual Property: We retain rights to created visualizations but grant you a non-exclusive license for intended use.
Compliance and Transparency: Ensure project compliance with local laws. We maintain transparency and clear communication.
Termination Flexibility: Cancel at any time for flexibility.
Modifications to Terms: We may update terms with notice. Continued use implies acceptance.

5. I-VIZ Subscription

For clients subscribing to the I-VIZ package, the following additional terms and conditions apply:

Subscription Duration: Choose monthly or quarterly billing. The subscription auto-renews unless canceled.
Unlimited Interior Visualizations: Submit unlimited interior render image and review requests via the online portal.
Fast-Track Renders: We prioritize your projects for quicker delivery.
Complimentary 1-Minute Walkthroughs: Receive one 1-minute walkthrough video monthly. Additional videos available for a fee.

6. Single Projects

For clients seeking architectural visualization services for single projects, the following terms and conditions apply:

Project Agreement: Each project will be documented in a separate project proposal or contract specifying the scope of work, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms.
Project Materials and Information: Clients are responsible for providing project materials, including architectural drawings, design specifications, and any other necessary information, in a timely manner.
Changes to Projects: Changes to project scope, specifications, or deliverables must be communicated and approved by both parties in writing.
Delivery and Acceptance: Project deliverables will be provided in accordance with the project agreement. Clients are responsible for reviewing and accepting project deliverables promptly.

7. Intellectual Property

Protrude Visualization retains intellectual property rights to all visualizations and materials created during the course of a project.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the visualizations for their intended purposes, as outlined in the project agreement or subscription terms.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a project, subscription, or ongoing service with prior written notice.
Protrude Visualization reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of contract, or other valid reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

Protrude Visualization shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
